We believe resilience is personal, and our program gives you the opportunity to choose activities and therapies that specifically help you. Physical Health Challenges

Do you need an annual physical, including well checks?
Provides youth, individual, family and group counseling for mental health and substance use challenges with an emphasis on trauma-responsive treatments, including EMDR, CBT and Somatic Experiencing. Includes assessments and treatment plans/updates.
Locations: Northern Avenue, 1st Street, Higley Road, Lakeshore Drive. Also available through telehealth.
Provides participants with an array of supportive services, including health promotion, living skills, pre-job training, peer support, personal assistance and family support.
Locations: Northern Avenue, 1st Street, Higley Road, Lakeshore Drive. Also available through telehealth.
Provides therapeutic arts and art therapy for youth, families and adults in individual and group settings. Focuses on meaningful activities for socialization, life skills and resilience.
Locations: All (except 1st Street)
Provides counseling and psychiatric services for individuals who are facing their first experiences of psychosis, from the ages of 15-30, as well as family support. Also provides supportive services for employment and education.

What does psychosis look like?
Provides evaluations/diagnosis and medication monitoring for mental health challenges.
Locations: Northern Avenue, Higley Road, 1st Street. Also available through telehealth.
Provides participants with alternative medication treatment for an opioid use disorder. Learn More: MAT Service
Locations: Northern Avenue (induction and maintenance) and Higley Road (maintenance)
Provides routine prevention, screening and treatment services related to physical health in an integrated setting.
Locations: Higley Road. Also available through telehealth.
In Community: Supportive services for families/caregivers and participants in and outside of their home. Delivered by peers, this service emphasizes connection to community supports to strengthen long-term resilience.
Locations: Tucson, Yuma, Casa Grande
Respite: Supportive services engage participants with meaningful activities, including community and individual outings, educational/cultural experiences and life skills learning. This service provides a break for family members/caregivers.
Locations: Higley Road, Tucson
Permanent Supportive Housing: Provides participants with supportive services, including counseling, pre-job training, personal care assistance, connection to community resources, housing placement assistance and independent living skills.
Locations: Northern Avenue, Lakeshore Drive
Supportive Living: Provides participants with placement into apartments/HUD subsidized housing, group and individual counseling, health promotion, recovery and wellness, pre-job, family support, self-administration of medication and independent living skills.

Case Management: Provides assistance with coordinating care both within Resilient Health and with external providers.
