After learning about Resilient Health and all of the different ways in which they help the community, I knew it was an organization that I wanted to be involved in and help grow.

No matter what life throws at you, you can take those obstacles and use them to grow into your authentic self. It is making it through the darkness, pain, heartache and being able to come out the other side being kind to yourself and learning to live your life to your fullest potential. Resilient Health is meant to be a community where we can all have the support that is needed at times to remember our own resiliency and help others recognize their strengths to achieve it as well.

The agency started with a mission to provide supportive services and outreach to elderly and boarding home residents in South Phoenix. Over the years, we have expanded across Arizona and our scope of services. These services include scientifically-based mental health, addiction, trauma, wellness and integrated primary care services for children, adults and families.
