Resilient Health officially launched pre-tenancy services in November 2025 under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) Demonstration, expanding support for individuals at risk of homelessness across our communities.
As part of this initiative, Resilient Health provides essential pre-tenancy services, including housing assessments, application assistance, financial planning, and resource education to ensure individuals are prepared for independent living. These services are part of a larger effort to improve health outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and promote long-term housing stability for AHCCCS members.
Resilient Health is honored to partner with Solari on this innovative service developed by AHCCCS, reinforcing our commitment to building resilience in individuals and communities. Through this program, we will help empower people to transition successfully into stable housing and a healthier future.
